Quest to go from EP -> DC??

I somehow managed to do the last few EP story quests out of order for the rift. I went and defeated the worm cult, then went and did some of the precursor quests to that. So I earned the third skillpoint before I earned the second skillpoint.... and now I have all my achievements finished for EP and I don't know where to go to start the DC side.. I don't see any quests NPCs for it anywhere.

✭✭✭✭✭Check Cadwell's Almanac in the Journal (looks like this
). You need to complete every location listed under Silver; once you have done so, return to Cadwell in the Harborage to start Gold, which will send you to DC.
