Only requirement is 5 medium and two heavy pieces.

    I feel like Altmer medium armor isn't a bad match for most of that. Maybe Daedric heavy to fill in things like the boots?

    There are no capes and no arrow quivers in ESO, so you are outta luck. As far as the armor goes, there might be a style that's close to that.

    Altmer would be good for chest and legs, but the head and shoulders are off. I like the Daedric boots idea though.

    I can recommend the Ancient Elf medium helmet. It looks very good for an elven archer. (It has room for my pointy ears!)

    Dunmer heavy chest would match the plates on his hips quite well, and it has overlapping plates on the stomach and sides.

    I like AE med helm. I've used it before, and I'm definitely considering it. Only negative is how flat it looks in comparison to the helm in the pic. It has a tip on the top, but everything else is tight to the face.

    Honestly, for THAT helmet, you might want to try a lower level Heavy Armor Redguard helmet. It definitely has the base shapes that helm does.

    Helm: Go with Ancient Elf Medium - Redguard looks doofy.
    Chest: Ancient Elf Heavy
    Shoulders: Dunmer Heavy
    Hands: Primal or Khajit Medium
    Belt: Ancient Elf Medium
    Pants: Bosmer Medium
    Boots: Daedric Medium

    Looks pretty good. For the color scheme I would recommend: Senche-Tiger Orange as the primary/secondary and Corporal's Green as the tertiary.

    I, for one, would welcome the return of Morrowind's 8 armor slots... + a robe, + a shirt, pants, and skirt, slot. Where you could actually have your clothing peaking out from under your armor.
