How to edit your thread (first post)

I have heard from many people you cannot edit the initial post that creates the thread, I looked into it and also thought this. It IS possible though.

1. Look in "Recent" or "General Discussion" or wherever your thread is located. DO NOT click to open your thread.. just find it.
2. Hover over your thread title
3. A gear icon will appear to the left of the title (where it usually shows an icon such as an envelope or poll)
4. Edit away!

Hopefully this helps others out!

Thanks @MissBizz! Another way to edit if you're already in your thread is to scroll up to the thread title (it's above the forum banner message), and you'll see the same gear icon next to it.

Well how about that. Everything is quite obvious, we just aren't used to it yes. Thanks for letting us know other ways to also do this.

Wonderful to know. However. I am new to this forum.. and on mobile browser.. uhm. Might be a really obvious button.. but uhh can anyone tell me where I create a new post?:/ I have a question relating to the game but I don't wanna post it on a thread that's not related:L so uhm. How do I create my own post?

This is super helpful post and have bookmarked it for future reference when I find out how to make a post and happen to need to adjust title

@dalegarrett95 go to the page of the proper forum category, then look on the bottom right corner of your screen. There should be a button that looks like a pencil. Click it and select new discussion

I would just add that you might need to scroll slightly up to have the bar at the bottom display. For me on Chrome on Android the bar disappears as I scroll down the page but reappears when I scroll up.

I wish there was a way to not show that you edited your post. All of my posts show they have been edited
