Why no Guild-Advertisment-NPC`s?

To find members and to find guilds is a hard buisness.
There are even guilds, wich kick you because you because you dont run Daily Veteran Dungeons with your main guild.
The problematics of five possible guilds is also a point to discuss, because many players start to scatter their alliances across those possibilities and its hard for Guildleaders to organize propper events.
I think this Idea came earlyer, but since i didn`t find it anymore, i thought i post it here:
Implement NPC`s wich have a system like the ones wich sell stuff for traiding guilds (Guildtraders).
This pc could find new members for your guild or a guild for players.
OFC you could implement certain multiple choice options, requirements and how to contact/apply to a guild.
This way, you have some advertisement and a simple way to connect people.
Its also a nice possibility to bring some life into the streets, when np`s are crying.
"Here here here, Guild X is looking for strong fighters...". (Chat-bubbles, no voice cast i take it :P)
You know, what i mean....
PS; You could also implement an option, which allows a selfinvite to a guild. (Only if Guildleader approved this option).
