I was wondering that too, but it may be because the person who took the pics is a Magicka build and not a Stamina build.
I noticed this because his Shadow Cloak magicka costs are so low and mine are atleast 1k more since I am a Heavy Stamina build Hybrid Nightblade on the PTS..

If you had played a stam build since release i don't think you would have been a glowing source of praise. I'm happy to say i can now actually play this game competitively. I'm still very wary of 1.6. given the initial design release was such a mess.

Question is since when? Is there any skill builder with actual values? Esohead for example is really outdated..

NotSo✭✭✭✭Updated for 1.6.3, might have missed a couple unmentioned changes, I noticed that the Unstable Clannfear will now apparently heal the caster for 35% max hp when it gets killed (that's f***ing hardcore) oh and also all the skills are cheaper and I'm pretty sure it's not a mistake that I made as the magicka cost for spells in guild trees and others are still the same.
That +12% spell damage possible bonus for sorc spells really only boosts spell effectiveness by about 5% either because of the way that spell damage scales into the actual damage values on tooltips or because ZOS made a mistake somewhere resulting in not getting full benefit of the new Expert Mage passive. Either way, the storm calling spells cost slightly less than they did before (counting the -10% cost) and all the other spells cost significantly less magicka, so while not having a huge benefit from the new Expert Mage, sorcerers should be able to sustain a lot better. Not to mention the new Unstable Clannfear might be a regular spell now. (Don't go mindlessly killing enemy clannfears)

Your skill calculator seems to be the only one being on 1.6.3. It's German, good for me, but bad for many people out there I guess.
