MASSIVE lag spike in Khenarthi's Roost. Server-side problem.

Was tooling around in the AD starting zone and got hit with an ENORMOUS lag spike. Checked my connection with a quick speedtest - absolutely no problem - 175Mbps down - 28Mbsp up.
Looked at my FPS and was reading a solid 39.
Attempting a flashlog to see if it was my client. Will advise.

I used the speedtest available at speakeasy.net. twice, once after each occurance that day. My connection was flawless. I haven't noticed a lag spike/crash at all since this day but bear in mind, right after the spike and the crash the NPC Ulondil for the beginning part of the Perils of Diplomacy quest in Mistral up and disappeared.
