Why zos nerf the Negate?? Some people say It was OP.

    Negate got negated...time to get it off my hotbar and slot Meteor.

    After 1.6, there will only be two ultimates worth slotting: Flawless Dawnbreaker for stamina builds and Meteor for magicka builds.
