Are there any places that drop all possible PVE sets?

I'm curious if there are any places that a VR14 can farm to try and find VR14 set gear. For example the VR14 healers or the footman's memento sets?

I have heard that these are only available from vet DSA, yet others have said they can drop from cyrodiil chests as they scale to your level.

Can anyone confirm if there are places in the game (I.e. cyro chests) that you can do as a solo player and still be able to find these items?

Idk what other sets you want but the two you mentioned are not bind on pick up. So yes there is a place where you can farm them- wherever you farm gold. Just buy then off of players if you dont want to do the group content. Although I think I saw footman jewelry to be quite expensive.

Yes I have seen the footmen's for sale. The healers ones seem a bit harder to come by.

It would still be nice to be able to find these solo without having to spam /z to find a group for DSA. Even if it is a much much smaller chance.

Yes that's what I use for reference. However, as I mentioned I have heard other players say that these can still drop from cyro chests which scale to your level
Most likely they might have been mistaken about what sets that included though.

So there are NO non-group areas that drop sets? I am forced to group or buy the sets? Maybe when they release Orsinium it will have these higher level sets. But that is a ways off.

you can craft sets or farm some another v14 sets in Cyrodiil.
