What are the requirements for special armor crafting tables

I am a returning player and I have run across those crafting area scattered around that can used to make special sets of armor. It asks you to select if you want to build learned sets or standard sets.
Where do I learn the speciality sets? Is there a quest? I'm really trying to understand these stations. If you have information please share.

✭✭✭✭Usually in order to craft any given "thing" you have to know (have researched with that character) a certain number of traits on the item you are making.
So for instance if you find a death's wind site, and your character knows reinforced and precise in heavy helm, you will be able to make one there (but look carefully at the top of the construction screen) because you can still make "regular" items there too.Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis1 -

✭✭✭✭✭As explained above, you need to know a certain number of Traits to make Crafted Sets.
Nice thing is, 2 to 3 traits will get you some powerful gear that can take you into the VR Ranks. Which can be learned in about 2/3 weeks. Concentrate on learning two traits first for each item you would want to craft, then learn the third one (by the time your learning the second trait you should be able to unlock a passive that speeds up research times)
Then grind out the 4 to 6 traits for everything you want to craft. Once you have 6 traits, then chase the 7th and 8th traits which take a long time to learn. Don't be like me and try to get the 8th traits before knowing the 5th and 6th traits, you tie up a research slot for far too long that way learning something you won't really benefit from.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
