Why do I get 3-4 ESO icons in my notification bar while playing?

I close the launcher and everything, but every time I close down the game, there they are. All I need to do is put my mouse over them and they all disappear but it feels like something is wrong about all that.

That is a good question. I would like to know the same. As far as I can tell those icons in the notification bar does not use any resources.
