Was the LFG tool turned off by ZOS or is it broken?

Hey everyone. I recall a lot of snip this, change that when work was being done to fix server stability and FPS issues during the fall.

I stopped my sub and now I'm back. The server is a lot more stable but the LFG tool is turned off. My curious question is:

-Was this intentional?
-Is this just a major bug, that's getting no attention?

They have confirmed they are aware of it not working properly, but don't care to say when it might be fixed. It's most probable that we will have to wait for console devs to develop a proper and working grouping tool and we will get one on PC as well. Some time after console launch.

It's a pain to try to get a group if you don't already have a group of friends and fixing this doesn't seem to be an immediate concern, even though there is a good deal of content that REQUIRES grouping.
