I have an ongoing issue that's been escalated.
Here is my NO: Incident: [150131-000274]

I was asked to wait 24 hours and then continue to inform the escalations person of developments. That was 3 business days ago and I'm worried that my daily emails are oblivious somehow. Would someone on CS be kind enough to confirm that they are being received and that my issue is being dealt with please?

I have nothing but good things to say so far about ESO CS and I'm not trying to undermine anyone here but keeping appraisal and good communication is the key to a happy customer.
