Greetings!
This is GM Raigne from The Elder Scrolls Online support team. Thank you so much for contacting us.
At this time, there are no options to change character appearances once the character is created. I apologize for the inconvenience. However, if you wish to see future options like such be added into the game, please submit a /feedback ticket with your ideas. Please bear in mind that feedback and bug tickets will not be responded to.
Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns. You can reply to my email to reopen this ticket for further assistance. I am more than happy to be of help.
May Azura guide you on your journey!

I submitted this feedback as requested and would advise everyone else to do so to. If we bombard them enough we may see it happen.

In short we need a barber shop or something that will allow us to change our characters looks after the creation process.
100g for every change you make.
Idk why they launched w/o one
How is that silly? Quite often you see NPCs from different factions in your alliances quest line. So it's fine. What you don't see is them shedding their skin and turning into a different race. That is silly. I'm all for barber shop/appearance changes, but against race changes in the crown store.FuriousFridge wrote: »
Not more silly than buying the adventure pack and being able to play on any faction as any race...
Funny, half the MMOs I played seems to have launched without any of this...NewBlacksmurf wrote: »I don't know of any MMO type that launched with any of this. Prob are some but no shocker consider all the delays on everything for all platforms.
