Don't these repair kits repair all your armor? IIRC, the current ones in the game only repair one item. I only used a Repair kit once, and that was back in April, and all I can remember is they were not worth what I paid for them in the game. So, 40 Crowns for a full equipment repair out in the field may not be a bad thing. If they repair all the equipment that is.

I would only use these if getting to a regular vendor was a problem at the moment. Plus, if this can negate a 4 figure repair bill, then 40 crowns may be worth it.

However at the current deployment rate of 100 Crowns per month, I can't see me buying these on a regular basis. I might after I buy my Guar Mount and a costume or two for my Mules. And that is only because I am getting a bunch of crowns to kick off the system.

I am a Very busy guy most of the time, but I will definitely do my best.

I am the "Chief" (GM) of TTR: "The Most Helpful Guild in All of Tamriel".
We focus heavily on assisting and welcoming new players to the game, so I answer a ton of questions, as well as managing our guild site on a daily basis.
I also test on the PTS when it is available, design pro-quality guild-themed T-shirts for our guildies to buy, write our guild site news letter ... and do my level best to squeeze in some play time when I get the chance. lol

Geeze ... reading back through all of that makes me tired! lol

All of that to say: Most of my videos will most likely focus on tutorials, commonly asked questions, and general "assistance style" information.

Which parts rubbed you the wrong way? I'll take a look and see if I can tune those areas down a bit in the future.

Yep, they do repair all of your gear in one go, and they may indeed be more valuable than I mentioned, depending on the circumstances.
The video just shows my "first blush" impression of the numbers offered vs the cost.

To be completely fair, I should also say:
I may not be the "target audience" for these items.
Others may find them to be highly desirable, but my own interest was not in the "I want to buy it" zone.

Do you know if if name changes can be applied to mounts too?

Yep, you can rename mounts as well.
However, the mount names are account wide now though, so you can only have 1 name per type of mount.

Oh hey joffy, you don't have to wait for 1.6 to rename your mounts.
You can rename them on Live right now.
The Stable master NPCs offer the option.

GTech_1 excellent video thanks.. And your opinion at the end is spot on. I literally just started playing a week before they announced their plans.. I had been holding out for the console.. Which I will still get. One question.. Are the costume and mounts per character or account wide unlocks? Just curious.. Same with the starter pack?

Hey Thanks @stipe1991‌

Excellent question.
All of the pets, mounts, and costumes are account wide in 1.6.
The Collections system UI will store them for you, without using inventory space.

The starter pack would only be different, in that you would only get one stack of each of the potion types.
The Piebald Destrier and the Windhelm Wolfhound would each be stored in their respective sections of the collections UI.
I'm not sure if you are asking about this part, but I'll toss it out there anyway:
Just for the sake of clarity, the starter pack would not give you a stack of each potion type, for each character, or anything like that. However, you would still be able to pass the 20 stacks of pots through the bank though.
