    The devs posted before the event that pts is on a different server without as much power at the main live server.

    I thought it was appropriate to necro this thread since the video up top looks exactly like the crap we are seeing daily since 1.6 went live.

    Well done ZOS, your incompetence is impressive. Never have I seen a group fail so thoroughly and consistently
