You know, I always liked how the woodworking stations often are a distance off from the forge, it made me think just something like that. Clothing... eh.
Sure, fine for leather armor, you need metal clasps for most of those anyways. And the clothing stations we have visually do lok like a leatherworkers bench...
Not so much for cloth... makes me wish those two had been done in seperate crafting stations, sometime...

As a roleplayer, its just plain silly to have them so close together. Unless all cloth and leather is fireproof :open_mouth:

But no one is worried about the forge chimney inside Elden Root lacking an outside venting flue?
The problem with society these days is that no one drinks from the skulls of their enemies anymore.

Wool is known to be fire retardant. Cotton, on the other hand......

Or the fact that in Belkarth the Forge is upstairs and the clothing station is downstairs. :o

They solved the problem of the smoke, that is why we can have forges in the basement of our houses in Skyrim. Of course we don't know what that solution is, so call it magic.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

They are actually feeding the big tree directly :) More CO2 more food for the tree :D pumped directly into its distribution network! I am sure the mighty graht-oak can deal with other undesirables from the smoke. It will mold local creatia to its needs :P

ESO must have smoke-free and heat-free forges :D

In all fairness, the clothing stations appear to be more like small tanneries, which would make sense needing them next to a heat source.

Clothing is fireproofing Tamriel, you should all know that.
C'mon it's common sense? How would it resist pulsar spammers otherwise!?
