Soul Gems in Cyrodiil

So I used to be able to purchase soul gems for alliance points in Cyrodiil at Western Elsweyr, it's more affordable than shelling out 900g each...that is no longer an option? Has anyone else noticed this? My guess is to encourage people to buy them from the crown store once it opens...I'm not paying real money for soul gems. **** that.
