Would anyone like to indulge my laziness and provide me with a list of items and DLC that can be purchased on the crown store? I can't be bothered to download the PTS...

In addition to the Crown Store testing @Wolfsspinne mentioned, we showed a preview of a bunch of items we'll have in the Crown Store during our special January 21 broadcast of ESO Live (this timestamp should take you to exactly where the different costumes/mounts/etc. are shown).2 -

Won't be official until the guild store launches properly, prices could change between now and then no matter how many screen shots you see.
Take the prices with a pinch of salt (sea salt if you can, much healthier than table salt
) but they are probably as accurate as you will find. People believe what they either want to be true or what they are afraid is true!

Not to be contrary...but I don't care about your preview. I want to know ALL of the items that are in the Store. And I want to know their prices. Stop holding out on us already.

There's no way. You get 1500 crowns for a 1 month sub and mounts cost 900-1300 crowns. Nobody would buy anything from the crown shop that cost more than $15.
It's going to be like 1$ for 100 crowns maximum.
That means the really unique pets will be the ones that only come from buying outside the crown store like the guar plush or nord figurine.
