I keep hearing "Halt I was sent for you" when I move to a new location, but I do not see an NPC around me anywhere to give me the next quest for whatever he was sent to me for. I just cleared Eastmarch and and just now starting The Rift. Level 41.

Faugaun✭✭✭✭✭Consult a Tamriel Shrink, hearing voices is not normal (unless you're shaeogorath). Perhaps they can lock you in a box to protect everyone else and heavily medicate you to control your condition. Also perhaps the mages guild has a spell to fix this problem and to clear your mind.My new startup social network for Theorycrafting
