I'm in the alpha.

It's going really well "so far". Hopefully they stay on the path they were on but fix the auction house, it's a bit bare bones at the moment.

I just read the questions that were answered. As usual it was the softball ones where they ignored questions they probably knew the answers to would bring them under fire. And, as usual, vampires and werewolves were ignored. I'm not impressed. I'll be watching the development of The Repopulation closely and may even throw the devs a few bucks. As a genre, I prefer ESO....but it seems The Repop is the only game out there under development right now that seems to have any inkling of what a large group of completely unserved players really want. They actually pull off what they are shooting for and, especially if ESO continues to ignore those of us who want more sandbox elements, more RP elements, more freedom to play the game in different ways... I doubt I'll be able to resist jumping ship. If vampires and werewolves remain completely ignored when the Beta hits... yeah, I'm out while I wait for the game that finally gets that right.
