Why does Retreating Maneuver last longer on my Dragon Knight than on my Sorcerer ?

Ok sorry for asking what seems like a dumb question to me but its driving me a little crazy which is not a far drive. I am leveling Retreating Maneuver on my DK and right now its rank III and lasts 24 seconds, On my Sorc it's max level and last for 20 seconds. I took all gear off and checked tooltip on both toons, Relogged and checked again no change. Maybe i am missing something but i checked all my DK passives along with Dark Elf passives and don't see anything that would increase this power. Both characters are v14 all i can think of is maybe it is a bug. Anyone know why?

Just noticed the same on my DK, redguard. His rapid manoeuvers go from 20 to 24 sec then the morph retreating manoeuvers goes to 26.3 sec at stage 3 and next level is +- 27 sec. All other characters start at 17 sec to 20 at rapid manoeuvers level then the only one that had the skill already maxed stays at 20 sec at all stages. If I change morph if seems to indicate that next level is 21 sec. I even cancelled all champion points and skills to verify it's not something from there. So, no clue, must be a bug but don't know what is the intended behaviour.

Did you send a ticket and received a response from Zos? I'll do that myself now.

The answer is sooo simple Even horse understand that DKs are kinda underpowered when compared to Sorcs

I have one of four characters whose Maneuvers can fire off 2 or 3 times before I get the yellow glow and become faster.

Theyre like an really fat and spoilt oliver saying " please zos i want some more".

Rapid maneuver is counted as an earthen heart ability
I don't know if there is a passive that increases earthen heart abilities duration

This happens to me now if I try to cast it too soon after attacking or mounting my horse. Quite annoying, although I haven't noticed whether it actually charges me stamina or not.

Yes!, this is the reason, I respecced my character so I don't have the mountain blesing passive and it's now the same duration as my other characters at the same levels. Now I wonder why they make it that way, is it a bug or an undocumented feature working as intended. I had to waste 9000 gold in respec just to discover how it works . Waiting for a Zos answer to my ticket.
