Should Werewolf Ultimate cost less?

Currently the Werewolf Transformation Ability costs 400 Ultimate points. I think it's a little too pricey on the ultimate points. I wish to know what you guys think.

the poison weakness only applies to when you are in werewolf form. you just gave up a flat 15% stamina regeneration with no downsides.
