    I think people who post this are worried about the stigma... Its F2P... but it is called B2P because you buy a box once. So B2P is WORSE then F2P because they sucker you on the first box purchase, then its free to play...

    While most F2P games are free to start buying more content is B2P as well... ESO is as F2P as LoTRO

    Ehh. Lotro was built on a sub model. Then they sucker-punched the subs in the wallet with the F2P model, making subs less and less worthwhile.

    Soo..no.. ESO is not as F2P as Lotro, because you can download Lotro for free, without buying a box. And, as everyones hero, the former CSM used to say, "in Lotro, you can earn all the TP you need to buy every expansion by playing the game". May he rest in Molag Bals arms.
