"Blue Ninja" [PVP SORC, HYBRID BUILD, GUIDE,MEDIA]

Hi there, today i will introduce my PvP build for sorcerer and this is not another S&B build with little changes.

Little backstory for this build here.
Back than (1.2 patch last days), i was the *peak* for classic sorcerer build.
After this i start make expirements. I was tested almost all combination's of weapon's and armor's in 1.3 and in early 1.4 for sorc.
I didnt feel satisfied at all, and almost switch back to the S&B, but then i make decision to make one last *test* build, and i am realy fall in love with this.
In my opinion this is strongest build for sorc right now, you can win vs any type of enemy, so its very flexible build.
Bad thing, that i polished and practice this build too long (1.6 can change everything), due to PvE activity.
Lets back to the build itself.

1. Skillbuild.

There is no *main panel*, you will be swap weapons ALOT, all skills have their purpose here.
Bow panel:
Bow are very good vs targets that have no reflect's, or wear light armor, or for breakin shield's quick. Also you have option to damage using stamina only.
Dont forget you can make some stamina from heavy attack's.
1) Venom Arrow (VA) - mostly for interrupt and sometimes you just need some sustain DPS. LA weave + VA make moderate amount of damage. very good too burn down harness magika(only if another shield also there) without give any mana to enemy.
2) Ball of Lightning (BoL) - our main escape, plus after you cast BoL there will spawn little energy vortex, that will intercept any magic projectile that incoming to you. (but you need be near that vortex). Basicly you will ignore skills like Force Shock, Cyrstal Fragment and Swallow Soul etc. Also you will stun all nearby enemies with any blink.
3) Lethal Arrow (Lethal) - this is our main skill for start fight from a sneak and some time DPS. Same time this is very effective vs any target without shield's on and those who hold no block, for example someone who wanna restore some mana with resto staff. Also staking -%heal debuff.
4) Crystal Fragment (CF) - bread and butter for almost every sorc, this is our main hard CC mostly, but same time it have very good dmg per mana spend (especially vs shield's on) + heal 5%hp of max HP for every cast. We got two spells that can make this proc.
5) Hardened Ward (Shield) - regular shield, try to keep this up in any case, very mana efficent skill, same time prevent's you to be critted (even sneak), and prevent some DOT placing on you. Also this will help make CF to proc. Dont forget buff this every time you ride the horse.. this help vs sneak attack's.
6) Flawless Dawnbreaker (FD) - This will buf our bow dmg, and sometimes you can use it vs Vampires or for detection sneaky Night baldes. (assume that detect potion duration was elapsed)

Restoration Staff panel:
Resto staff is main source of DMG vs permablocking-roll dodgin targets, because this dmg ignore block mitigation and dodge. Wihtout surge and undaunted infiltrator set Resto staff can't make good damage.
Also you can make some mana there.

1) Daedric mines (Mines) - this skill i was add at last moment, and it help a TON.
Mine goal for those mine's are zone control vs S&B melee targets like DK ot Templars, same time it deal huge amount of dmg total and can give you back 25% of max HP.
2) Velocious Curse (Cuse) - When i start this build, i was using this skill ALOT and versus any type of enemy, but then i was realized this is not effective sometimes.
Because we have only 2 piece of Light armor and Nirnhored trait we cant deal huge dmg to anyone, you must chose right moment and targets there.
I can tell when you dont need use curse: vs full light armor targets and when you dodnt have control on situation.
3) Power Surge (Surge) - Simple here, just keep it up for make more dmg with bow attack's and skills, also you will have buff you restoration staff heavy attack.
But keep it mind, Surge cost a lot, so use it wisle, mosty make thiss buff before actual fight, and rebuff only when you have control on situation. Buff Surge every time you ride horse, so if someone will gang you, Surge will be already on you.
4) Healing Ward (HW) - This is main reason for chosing Resto Staff instead of Lightning staff. Very good burst heal, use it with class Shield to stack, use BoL for space creation and then just quick heal almost full health with HW. When you have less than 50% hp, always use this HW instead of Shield.
5) Unstoppable (UB) - There are two type of player's, who use this and who dont use. I am prefer use this, because this is much cheaper in medium armor to keep, than a use break free all the time you will be hard CC'd. Same time UB will provide huge amount or armor and spell resistance, keep in mind medium armor have a trouble with both, and we just solve the problem here. Also in our build we dont use *permablock* so we need armor and spell ress.
6) WereWolf Berserker - Very underrated ultimate, but maybe i can understand this for DK and NB, they have a good ultimates, but sorc and templar have nothin here.
Usualy i make this as a Fatality, while targer have spend most of their recourses, this is a good opener versus very tough DK and Templars. Basicly you drain their stamina very fast, add here additional -% heal staking, good DPS, very very stong selfheal. Dont forget about huge stamina back from heavy attack's.
6.1) Soul Assault - I use this in situation's where you cant use WW ulty, like keep defense-assault, very quick burst in 1vX situatuions, or vs another Sorc's.


2. Itembuild.

Bow - any nonset crafted bow with a sharpened trait and with -armor enchant.
Resto Staff - any nonset crafted staff with a nirnhored and disease enchant.
5/5 warlock (even v1 rings is ok), enchants depend's on you race and current stats.
Mine is: Neck - stamina recovery, both ring - +spelldamage.
Chest-Hood-Legs, light armor (you need only two items) - infused for both.
5/5 undaunted infiltrator, medium armor - infused on big part and impenetrable on small parts.

Warlock are must have for good mana sustain, and this is almost only one GOOD set that youse all jewelery slots.
Undaunted infiltrator provide you good stat boost, have any traits, and 5th bonus from this set provide BIG bonus to heavy restoration staff heavy attack's, because this bonus dmg work for EVERY tick, so its 330+ dmg total for 3 tick's channel..
There also +4% weapon crit, it almost usless , there is no crit stacking here.

With this set's + epic food i was have stat's like - 2900+hp (without EMP), 2350~ mana, 2150~ stamina, 225+ dmg with surge, 127~ spell dmg, 118 stam regen, 110 mana regen, crit around 21% (without keeps).

Very nice stuff, saw your early pre-video too, looks very funny.

This kind of build needs real skill to master, I like it.

Was really impressed by these when I watched them any players which put the time into their character to achieve such good results deserve praise from everyone. Sharing your build is a nice thing to do too.

You shouldn't have been banned but if you need help getting back up and running just let us know I'm sure many players will help where we can
Can't really believe ZOS wont actually look into auto bans on players with good economy skills but that's a different post for a different time.
