Somebody please help me, I'm hopelessly stuck. Arethil is missing, and my main story quests are gone

Hi friends. I'm on Bleakrock Isle and the only mission I have left is to visit Arethil on the docks, but I go to the map marker and (s)he is nowhere to be found. Plus, my main quests are not showing up. I just witnessed a lengthy cut scene where the Prophet showed me several individuals (mages, I think) who opened some kind of rift and whom I'm now supposed to expose. I swear there was a mission for this in my journal but now it's gone. I don't know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Myimm✭Main quests usually only show up every 5 levels or so. Don't panic, this is normal.
I DO believe Arethil is on the docks in Davons watch, in stonefalls. Not the docks on bleakrock. Try using the wayshrine and going to Davons watch
