The title is a bit tongue-in-cheek, but it leads to a valid point: With the developers giving the game "room to breathe" after 1.6, how will maxed out players earn Champion Points? The anticipated zones, such as Imperial City and Orsinium, and other delectable items like Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild, probably won't see the light of day till next Fall. So those players currently at vet level 14 won't have too much to do aside from PVP to earn the types of experience that would earn Champion Points.
Another point: A number of players have stated that the change to B2P is not that bad because essentially you can continue to pay the $15/month in ESO Plus and life would proceed pretty much in the same way it has been going since launch. But the subscription model was very much based on the promise of new content every 4-6 weeks. I'm not sure if the "room to breathe" is a temporary manifestation due to the enormous effort put into 1.6 and console release, or if the "room to breathe" is a permanent fixture. If it's the latter case, I, for the life of me, cannot find any reason to pay $15/month for xp boost, middling potions, and costumes. And, I am a very devoted fan of this game.
