Does their change of focus also mean less effort spent in fixing PC/Mac bugs?

They've said their focus in 2015 will be mostly on consoles and cash shop. Does this mean they will also not spend as much time fixing bugs on PC/Mac as they've so far?
How many devs that were working on fixing bugs so far, will still do that?

    Open the guild bank and try to access your items. Do you see your items or do you see a bank screen with a message, "retrieving items.."? When you do finally get access to your items and you deposit items do they stack or do they create 10 incomplete stacks of everything you deposit? This has been going on since launch which is way before the change of focus. That's your answer.
