So, a skill which requires:
1. Melee range
2. 0.8 Second Cast Time
3. Face Target
Causes 70 damage or less (screen captures available on request).
The skill base damage says 464. LOL, I've only seen this against NPCs, it is usually less than 100 in PvP. Does ZOS even play this game as melee in PvP?
