Three questions in 1!
Some of the costumes in the Crown Store look like some of the most favorite armor sets in the game, turned into a costume. There are a few lower level armor "looks" in the game right now that are pretty cool, and we've gotten some commentary that players sometimes don't want to upgrade to a new armor piece in the game because they like the they way they look. So, we have several costume packs that basically give you the look of some in-game full armor sets (Lion Guard, for example). We have no plans to sell armor or armor pieces in the Crown Store, just costumes that look like them
SIN-1?. "We have no plans to sell armor or armor pieces in the Crown Store, just costumes that look like them." Why is this not NO? I understand maybe that just came out wrong so I want Clarification that No not now not ever is Zos's position on this or is it worded like this to allow for later selling of P2W items.
2. 4nds4 :Could your next version of the ESO box say on the code sheet that it's a scratch-off? That would save... some people a lot of humiliation.

SIN-2? Probably not as disappointing as said players experience with your team/product it would seem. So what is the views by Zos of its player base in regards to the overall worth of there opinion. We have seen time and time again on forum post's the closure of posts that question the experience of the team on this project or any reference to sub cancellations. It would seem better to know these issues here than to have posters all over other sites share this with possible consumers. Why have you chosen to go this way and should players feel like any issue they have is a joke to Paul Sage or was this just a bad move on his part.
That would be like me saying something like IDK this below.
ZOS_MattF :DLC will be purchased using Crowns, not real money. We'll move all DLC pack purchases into the Crown Store. This is a great question, and one that we should have answered before now.

3.carl2431 :The DLC that is playable as soon as you purchase it: Do you scale to it or does it scale to you? How will this affect play with friends who buy the DLC together but are at differing points/levels of the game?

Sin-3? so your saying if I am level 10 I buy a DLC lets say the new zones pack that would be level 50+ that when I port there I would be stat adjusted similar to cyrodil or will the zone by lowered to player level so my vet 14 buddy's can clear content and grab easy achievements similar to dupe scaling vet dugs?
4.Here's hoping that ESO continues to look and feel like a quality MMO, now that FTP means Pay-to-Play with the inclusion of crowns. Will players who still want to enjoy ESO but don't (or can't) pay the extra money for the "goodies" still be able to progress in a meaningful game?

The game won't be dumbed-down for non-Plus members. You would, however, see players riding cool mounts and wearing costumes you wouldn't have unless you purchased them in the Crown Store."
Sin-4? So can we assume that there will be no new mounts or costumes developed for the game itself but only for sale in CASH SHOP from here out? As a second part since dyes are linked to achievements can we get a response other than "we don't have PLANS at this time to add dyes" or has that ship already sailed?
5. One of the issues brought up form your team said that the racial bonuses were going to be changed...however not all will be by 1.6.
SIN-5? ok so what are the changes and why are they being made and if you feel that said changes are required do you not think that some players will be hosed by there class depending on what you change them too? for example we all know why a DK would enjoy dunmer so if that fire resist and additional fire damage was changed do you not think that players should then be entitled to a free race change?
I would like to in advance take the time to thank you for the things that you have done as I feel the game has come very far from where it was but encourage the use of truth and long term communication with your players to better develop the lifeline of this game.
