If you end your sub, then you no longer have access to the DLCs unless you paid for them the the cash store. It's an either/or situtation, rent the dlcs with your continuing sub, or buy them permenatly.

Yup. So if you support the game for 3 years with your $15/month, then decide to go F2P yourself, you are 100% screwed.
