In less than eight weeks, we are going to have a huge influx of refugees from Cold Harbour landing on our shores. I think I can safely say we have all been there. I want to bring a suggestion - that we welcome these survivors and let them know what a wonderful place Tamriel is. Let them know they have arrived in a supporting, helpful community. We welcome them, we want them to enjoy their time here and we hope they will choose to call this home.
Possible ways to help:
Spend a few minutes walking around the areas just saying Hi! (Don't be creepy - you know who you are)
Answer questions. I remember crafting was a bit overwhelming at first and appreciated those who answered my silly questions. Although, at the time I didn't think they were silly at all. I know better now. Apologies.
If it fits within your budget, perhaps make some food or drink or clean clothes to hand out. Use up those old mats and that crap... err, I mean that wonderful stuff your hireling sends.
What else do you think we could do?

✭Just don't be too pushy. IMHO, more than half the fun of these games is figuring stuff out for yourself.
Sure, go ahead and answer questions in zone chat etc, but don't stand outside the game entrance throwing legendary gear at people and spamming them with party and guild invites.
Personally, there's nothing worse than being given great gear right off the bat, then following someone around and watching them one-shot everything for me.

And they are unlikely to spend anything anyways when and if they come back.
