IMO would be quite bad for any of the systems announced last year at the con to be considered for DLC as you told us this stuff was coming which is why a lot of us stayed subbed. However if you could confirm for each part would be appreciated.

Spellcrafting - Yes / No

I don't see how a system which introduces skills to the game could be dlc content. this would effectively prevent players who just have the base game from being competitive. However depending on pricing could be acceptable. If was as some sort of expansion like bundle. For a single DLC I think not personally.

Jewelcrafting - Yes / No

As long as players can trade and use rings made by crafters without the dlc I would guess this is ok to have DLC?

Imperial City - Yes / No

If you are going to make this DLC separate it from the PVP aspect of Cyro. Else you will have to have dlc / sub only campaigns.

New Trials / Endgame PVE? - Yes / No

Updates to Cyro, Lag fixes, layout changes, new siege etc.. - Yes / No

(P.S. please tell us you have something planned for actual pvp players other than pve imperial city at least :)?)

Sorry, but are you expecting people to believe you subbed a game you'd otherwise have stopped subbing because of content that's barely defined is said to be possibly coming at some unknown time in the future?

Sorry, I don't buy it, that's just hyperbole trying to provoke ZOS into replying .. they won't, right now they can't, a truthful answer of 'Yes' would cause a firestorm and 'no' would be a hostage to fortune they won't be willing to make at the moment.

Why do you expect mediocrity from the developers of a game you play. Answering truthfully would yield a lot more respect than 'oh we can't say yet' because players expect them to be greedy based on previous developers actions (swtor and others).

Additionally providing a roadmap of features as they did at Quake con is in some way promising that said features would be available in the current game.
No expansion was mentioned at the time so these were 'upcoming free features' to the game we were playing at no extra expense (other than the sub fee). Additionally whilst announcing features is good if they are over 6 months away you shouldn't announce them.

You are nuts if you think ZOS will provide any information here. They were horrible communicators when we were paying them every month. The communication we did receive will cease over the next 53 days as they have no incentive to do so. F2P games treat their players horribly. ZOS has simply jumped the gun by two months on that process as they will fleece us until March 17 and not care one iota about it.

They have lots of plans for pvp players, of course they do. And they'll tell you all about them once the hordes and hordes of their inspiring fans flock to the game to play it for free - after buying it, of course, which they'll be able to do for about $15 bucks at that point. (I saw the game offered for $25 bucks yesterday and I expect the price will go down even more once people realize Zenimax is pretty much desperate to sell this game.) Features for PVP players will include being able to fight in funny hats, to ride around Cyrodiil on the backs of little kitties, and to use weapons like large strawberries for shields and cucumbers for swords. The level of creativity will be astounding. All the accountants at Zenimax are really excited about it.
