Whether there will be a localization of game on other languages?

No reason to think that'll ever happen, I can't think of any 'western' MMO (by which I mean I'm excluding games catering to large numbers of players in the Far East such as Japan, China, etc.) that supports anything other then French and English, except for WOW of course where they support Russian.

There is a LOT of voice acting work that would need to be done, and that is expensive. There are, IIRC, amateur efforts to translate ESO into Russian and Spanish.

Why not? So many japanese games get localized for western countries.
