Guild stores

How often do you place items in your guild store for sale?

I was looking for any BP or any belt in heavy armor that had divine traits on them last night. I went to 10 zones looking at all the guild store vendors, at the most they would have 2 or 3 pieces of armor (not just heavy but any type). Eventually I gave up when a friend who I have been trading crafting stuff came on.
I am just really curious if people are using them? I try to place things for trait research that I already have and any set pieces on to them while in the bank. I don't always remember to do this then will give it a way or sell it to merchant for terrible prices. I think this system needs to be looked at, I don't think it is a bad system in theory but to me it doesn't seem to be used.

I keep 30 items listed at all times in each of my trading guilds. But I limit them to what I think will sell. In my experiences, heavy armor doesn't sell well, and I would likely have to list the belt you are looking for at least twice before somebody came along to buy it. I could sell dozens of recipes, motifs or crafting mats from that spot in that time.

I only list heavy items if they are purple quality pve set items. Otherwise I decon or vendor trash them.
