I was there from day one. Played the beta week ends, read all the news and dev articles and interview. I believed you guy when you said no pay gates and that the suscription model would stay. Defended you guys during the whole buy to play imperial thing. Defended you guy during the recent f2p thing.
Today I feel like your all screwed me. That I paid to beta test your game for *** crybabies that wanted to game for free. Not only that, you guys *** lied to us about the 6 month suscription. ZoS, you dont deserve my trust anymore.
We had the best community in an online game I saw since 10 years of playing mmorpgs. Soon you will see all the junk flocking in. Communities will be broken as good players will slowly vacate your game. Players who wanted to pay the monthly fee because they wished to be surrounded by serious players.
I was excited to see 1.6 in the PTS but unfortunately I wont be there to test it for you guys and give you feedback about it so your new target clients play and enjoy it. I hope for you guys ZoS that the new community will have the same dedication as us but hey... what can you expect from people who didnt believe in your product to invest 13 buck every month? That they will have the same dedication? Well im not gonna wish bad things on you so... good luck with that I guess.
Now I will go unsub and wait for my current suscription to end. I could demand a refund but hey im not like those people you want to attract back into the game.

Neizir✭✭✭✭✭Stop making baseless assumptions that honestly sound absolutely ridiculous. How do you know if the community is all of a sudden going to turn from great to toxic purely because of the business model? You, sir, talk absolute nonsense.
Look at TSW, they literally use the EXACT same model as us (B2P with paid DLC and cosmetic cash shop) and they have an awesome community! Same with GW2. Going B2P does not mean the community will crumble, all it means is that we'll see some new faces, some of which may be not nice and some which may be really nice. All-in-all though it isn't changing one bit.
