Enchanting needs work

I'm a level 22 nightblade and I'm about half way through Grahtwood. At this point I have found only one potency rune and that is for players up to lvl 10. The only other ones I can use are for lvl 25 and above. Now I have gone through and have dozens of them and have found none for levels 15 or 20. Why not? All my enchantments for protecting me from fire, cold, etc, are for levels10 and under and are pretty much useless against the level 20 enemies I face. But as it stands, I have to wait till I'm level 25. I've gotten upgrade for everything else but that.

Well, the level of the potency runes you get from nodes depends on the area you're in. In Grahtwood as an AD character, you should be getting potency runes in the 15-25 and 20-30 ranges I believe.

If you're just not finding them in nodes, I would suggest deconstructing every glyph you get (it's good for gaining enchanting levels anyway, and you'll have a chance to get runes back), and doing the daily consumables enchanting writ (you'll get a green rune as a reward, and a chance to get an enchanting survey, which if you get it guarantees you 4 potency runes of the highest level that you can currently use, as well as 4 aspect runes, and 4 essence runes).

Hit the Northern part of Auridon. Do the Western side of Grahtwood, along the shore and the immediate hills.

The potencies span different levels as follows for positives:

Jora / Level 1—10
Porade / Level 5—15
Jera / Level 10—20
Jejora / Level 15—25
Odra / Level 20—30
Pojora / Level 25—35
