Agreed. In a P2P game I don't see justification for major inconveniences like placing teleport points far outside of cities. Mournhold got addressed. As long as there are cities like the notorious Rawl-kha there's no reason not to.

LOL, ironically there is one on Bleakrock, only your attacked when your using it if you have finished the quests on that island. I think there is one in Bal Foyen too, but don't remember where that is.
