Late night when nobody had been to two of the delves in cyrodil in hours

Bloodmayne Cave and Newt Cave

The last boss in both caves didnt spawn, and I have been to these two caves so many times to complete the map, and I have yet have the pleasure of seeing them, so whats up with them?

they so scared they dont dare to show their ugly face or what?

In many of Cyrodil delves, bosses only spawn one at a time, and randomly. That means you must kill the active boss, and hope the one you need spawns. If not, kill the boss that did spawn and try again. Also, take all loot from corpses. Corpses seem to inhibit boss spawns.

There's an add-on called All Public Bosses that I installed while trying to get the Explorer achievement. I highly recommend it, since it shows you where all of the bosses spawn in each delve.

As you've noticed, delves with more than one boss usually only spawn one or two at a time, meaning you have to kill whatever is up, even if you've already done it. In cyro, I had to actually leave some of the delves multiple times after killing the bosses in order to get the ones I needed. It's a tedious process $:\$

It might be good to get with your Guildmates and organize a Cyrodill Delve Run. Get about 10 or 12 of you in the Delve and go to town. You don't have to be a large group, you can be a few small ones or all just run Solo. But, with a few of you in there killing Bosses, then the ones that people will need will spawn quicker.
