New head glitch?

When I logged onto reapers march today I noticed that a few players characters had their heads permanently looking to the left, when they had weapons out, when they looked at the map, and when they opened their inventory the characters head was looking to the left instead of the right.
The Breton in this picture wasn't the only one I saw, there was a decent amount of people like this.
