.... and they both suck because the buttons are too close together and I was always pressing the wrong buttons.

After you get used to the size of the thumb buttons, you never wanna have something else. And the mouse itself is rather on the small size.
I can hit whatever button precisely.

Mouse: Razer DeathAdder, 5 years old and as good as new. If you need more buttons, go for a Naga.
