Does anyone else get kicked to the log in?

Just wondering if I'm the only one that gets kicked to the log in screen and no error message provided. If any of you had this problem were you able to get it fixed? I can't rely on customer support to give me a proper solution because they are incapable of referencing previous troubleshooting completed. I've been getting disconnected all evening and I'm at my wits end.

Thanks in advance. Hope some of you have some good advice and can shine where Zenimax fails.

It sounds like a connection issue on your end. Have you already checked to make sure your connection is stable and that your firewall isn't interfering?

ZO's support team can handle a lot, but they can't do much for something that isn't happening on their end.

I've checked on my end and no problems here. I even disabled my firewall as well to no benefit. Kind of interesting that I have absolutely no problems with anything else other than a Zenimax product.

The lack of an error message still points to a connection issue that isn't happening on ZO's line. What else are you running that is currently experiencing no issues?

Lack of an error message points to bad error handling on ZOS' end.

Games I've checked within the last couple hours and experienced no problems:
    DC Universe Online
    Counter Strike: Source
    Counter Strike: GO
    SWtOR
    DOTA
    DC Infinite Crisis

No one else is reporting issues like the one you're having. I've seen myself get kicked out to the login screen without a message before, and it's only been in instances where my connection to the server got interrupted on my end.

Not since I stopped using addons.

It is a connection issue. I have had it once or twice since release where my ISP got flaky.

No, error handling by ZOS isn't very robust... you can figure their programmers aren't rocket scientists because rocket scientists cost a lot of money, and ZOS needed all that money to pay their executives' bonuses. They also are paying for a lot of QA on the project . [/sarcasm]

I went ahead and disabled them to check this but unfortunately it wasn't the culprit.

I've been getting disconnected all night as well. My internet has not gone out during these disconnections either, so I think it's on the game's side.

If you don't mind me asking which ISP do you have? I've tried 3 different ISP tonight.

The problem still occurs for me but I'm actually experiencing more client crashes in Cyrodiil than before so it's hard to determine it's frequency.

I have been kicked out to login screen on numerous occasions. A few times with the message that I was kicked for spamming, although I never sent a single message. A few times with an error message of <<1>> and a few times with no message at all. My internet has been fine the whole time.

Hello person from five months in the future.

The spam error is a different situation that usually doesn't have anything to do with chat spamming. That error means that your client has sent too many messages to the server in a short time, which generally indicates some sort of issue with communication from your client to the ESO server, resulting in multiple key presses being sent in one short burst. Have you tried sending a message to support?

Have you been trying to log into a very high population area at prime time?

That's on Zos side not yours.
