How many CP you will get when 1.6 goes live?

Just to find out will majority benefit or lose with the recent change from 30 CP to all to 0 to 70 CP depending your combined VR levels.

Would be also interesting if people could post how many VR characters they have.

    I got four VR chars. VR14, VR12, VR7 and VR1.

    I will probably get about 30 either way, but I firmly believe that this method is more "fair" to people and acknowledges effort rather than just giving 30CP cause you showed up.
    (Of course, I will be spending as many hours as I can spare trying to get the 70. I may have to call in sick with that gamers sickness that is going around. What's it called ESO-itis or something like that? :o )

    EDIT: Forgot the character part. I have 1 VR5, 3 lvl 30ish, and 3 that are under 10.

    What you mean to say is how many points would you have if it went live right now. There is still plenty of time to gain more ranks between now and when 1.6 is released.

    Maybe so. Mainly I'm interested to know which end has majority as both ends seems to accuse that vocal minority is trying to convince ZOS to make changes.

    Ignoring VR1 sitting at less than 200k VP, I have one VR8 that would give me 41 points if 1.6 went live today. Scratch that, math is hard. It's 36 points right now, but she'll definitely gain at least one rank before 1.6, so my answer is still correct.

    Which means you'll lose out on atleast 19 million exp (95 CP) just on VR12 and 7 alone, not to mention how much exp was earned on your v14 beyond the 70 cp cap :dizzy_face: No worries though, i'm in the same boat. Happy to atleast get the 70 compared to the 30 earlier... oh man what a drag that would have been :(

    3. A VR 1 and two V14's. Hopefully a forth by live but I'm lazy.
    If options weren't necessary, and everyone played the same way, no one would use addons. Fix the UI!

    Depending on how soon. I'm VR6. I stopped progressing when talk about 30 CP caps started happening, and just farmed and socialized.

    I have a VR6 and a VR2

    My plan even before any of the CP talk was to get my main to gold, then get my crafter to the point that all skill points in all crafting trees were put in, THEN work on my low level tank (about level 16) until I got to vr or until I got bored. I would of course occasionally run my vr's while working on my tank whenever the mood struck.

    The 30 cp announcement came about the time I hit gold and was going to start on the crafter. I decided to continue on my VR anyways.

    About a day or too before the new CP announcement I had started working on my tank... And still am. Sure I could be working towards more cp, but really, normal play will get me cp after it goes live anyways :)

    With pledge runs and normal occasional play on my VRs I imagine I will get 31-40 cp. I'm fine with that. Maybe by then my tank will be VR and I will have a healer, DPs, and tank.. Each in a different faction :) Variety.

    I like the new plan. It won't put that much distance between V1 and V14 (70 points out of 3600 isn't that much), but it still rewards those who have played their characters longer.

    I have only 1 VR14. But I am currently leveling up alts to lvl 50 so I can do cadwells when update 6 arrives.

    It's not even on the PTS yet. I'd bet you have at least a month to get those 70 points.

    It's 1 CP each 200,000 XP your Chars gained over VR1 up to a max of 70 CP.

    Which is at least 10 CP for your VR3 Character.

    Looks like as of right now I'll get 5 points for my VR2 and I doubt any of my other 3 VR1 chars have 200xp. even if I got them up to 200xp each that's a total of 8 points XD

    It's disappointing going down to 8 from 30 but I'm not going to cry about it. I'm glad they put in a system that fairly address the gradient of players in the game.
