I read long time ago, there is new mounts coming to ESO, just wanted to hear if thats in 1.6, or further down the road?

Depends, if you are just using it as a pack horse, probably not (although buying and feeding it may be cheeper than ten bag/bank slots, if you bought loads already), if you are going via the Stamina or speed route, then yes it would be worth it.
