Rawl'kah is Overpowered

I can portal to a guildy or a friend at lvl 3 and have immediate access to a Town that has a Portal + 5 well stocked Guild Stores + all Crafting Stations + Bank all in a very tight location easy to travel between.

EP gets Southern Morrowind at lvl 10 which is similar but minus all the guild stores and you can't even access your own guild stores so you have to wait till you are in your vet levels to get to Rawl'kha.

DC you get NOTHING, every city is a chore of running around in circles everywhere to do daily crafting. So you have to wait till you are vet6+ to get to Rawl...

Some cities you have to FIGHT AND DO QUESTS to even access!! Which is really cool but they don't offer any advantage over Rawl'kha which you can just portal to at level 3.

This is the kind of city Rawl should be something earned not just given to lvl 3+ AD toons only shafting both DC and EP.

    Apparently you've never been to Shornhelm in Rivenspire. Everything is within 5-10 seconds of the wayshrine.

    Rawl'kha become main city only because it have all that players need and it's small, so you don't need to run trough all map to another crafting station. And I'm fine with it. If I see any guildmate in Reaper's March I know he/she is in Rawl'kha.

    You're absolutely correct!

    They should put the bank on the other side of the bridge and put it in a small room on the second floor of a huge building, with some spike traps, and a Harvester linked to a couple wisp mothers.

    - you must already had all you need in inventory
    - wayshrine and writ tables very close to the Delivery point

    Velyn Harbor also has everything good and close, although not to the extent of Rawl'kha. And, it's also AD.

    Anyone can make an AD alt and port to a guildmate there. Give the alt money through the bank and let them be your personal shopper.

    The other faction end zones are less convenient but most aren't terrible. If anything the city planners should consider moving some of the way shrines to a more convenient location like they did in Mournhold when the guild kiosks were put in.

    OK; so I just went there and I love the fact the vendors are right there as soon as I arrive.

    Now someone who actually has good stuff to sell, please get these vendors. They have white armor pieces for 500g now. Most not even impenetrable. It litterally has the realism of buying stuff at a convenience store. High prices for the generic brand.

    EDIT: Wait. Refined my search. Its not all bad.

    Yep. Refined my search and found stuff about the same as I see on other vendors. I never see crafted armor though. Not sure why.

    I make so much gold from that location.

    If the kiosks in Shornhelm, Rivenspire, had been put at the east entrance instead of the south, they might not be so hidden. It's a shame how much better AD is than DC.

    B) Move washrine's and guild stores around in at least one other city/town in EP or DC that gives the same huge advantage that AD has in Rawl'kha starting at lvl 3.

    I am not "AD" I play ALL factions if you couldn't tell by my signature. Such assumption.

    And yes, i still think its silly that you think this is a severe issue. But hey, you want them to move things around for EP and DC, whatever lol i highly doubt they would do it. I think they have bigger fish to fry in this game atm.

    Also, each zone only has one bank so removing the bank from Rawl makes no sense, then there would be no bank in all of Reapers March. Now that would be unfair and unbalanced don't you agree?

    Surely the point of this post can't be to make changes to Rawl'kah. There have been plenty of favorite city polls/posts, and it always is 1 or 2 on list. And not just for AD either. I'm DC with full world access, and it's my fav place to do most transactions. Changing anything would PO a lot of players.Unless it was to bring in a grocer. :p

    DC has Betnikh. While not as good at Rawl'kha it has all crafting and goods stations within feet of the bank. I leave my DC mule parked there because everything is so convenient. It does need guild traders though.

    @kelly.medleyb14_ESO While I enjoy Rawl'Kha with one vet for different reasons...I park 7 other toons in Dhalmora (Bal Foyen ,yes, an AD one too)

    Those Argonians know their business, banker, crafters, dye station all within one single building! Short trip to wayshrine is entirely worth it
    If options weren't necessary, and everyone played the same way, no one would use addons. Fix the UI!

    Agreed in that Rawlka is a very efficient place and well designed. Players like it and it's why it also attracts the big trade vendors.

    Therefore, is it not a better solution to improve the design of the other major cities?

    Just curious, are you referring to Eyevea or Craglorn or where?

    I get making great things in a game an achievement, but my gut tells me that most players of ESO are interested in other ESO related challenges vs. a challenge to get to a convenient location.

    Riften is pretty decent for crafting and Ebonheart are pretty decent for vendors in EP. But Ebonheart has really poor vendors right now (sorry guilds) and Riften kinda blows to get to the vendors quickly. The best solution would be to just move the vendors in Riften north of the wayshrine, where the fires were. Keep everything contained.

    Shornhelm is also pretty decent, but the vendors are out of the way. I think a good solution there would be to move the crafting writ drop point to where the vendors are, and then move the vendors to where the writ drop point is. Then everything is pretty close.
