There's also been a NPC at Chalman Mine on Thornblade that's been stuck under the ground next to the tower for weeks last I checked . Incase ZOS is reading .

seen multiple times now. They all look like they are right behind you once you get aggro but their real position is a mystery since they don't all clobber you every cooldown. It's scary in third person to see them all on top of you all the sudden lol.
The lag is back. 300 ping, no doors. It's 5pm and game pops by and large are dead compared to 2 months ago compared to 6 months ago.
The pop caps are lower, we have less particles (i never see gbaoe render in large scale encounters with max part all the way slid right, veils are like cellophane), no sound to worry about, we have all learned not to use anything that gap closes since it bugs you out. How many band aids until you look at 1.2 code pre lighting patch ?
It's feeling more and more like you want us to be have no recourse to damage. Heal debuff stacking lasted months. As it stands half the time we can't see it, can't hear it, and can't purge it. Just hide and use a bow ? zerg ? Please give us back a working game.
please get 1.6 on pts so you can justify ignoring this many game breaking performance issues.
