Are we going to have a similar thread posted everytime F2P appears on the 'most recent discussions' page?
Because i'd pay good money to not have that be a thing.
doesn't mater, already unsubed.
I can verify this. Your forum time will continue until pay cycle is current . I just resubbed . It took me contacting customer support to get my forum access. But then again im not much of a dev boot licker so im not suprisedAs long as you have an active account/you have time left, you can post here. When you cancel your account and your account is no longer active, then you can't post anymore.
When I left the game 8 months ago, I wasn't able to write in the forum anymore. I had to contact the support and ask them to unlock me for the forum again, when I came back a few months ago. Even though I already had subscribed again.
Lotro after f2p. End of argument.
it's not going f2p, it's going b2p.

I will hazard another statement and say that the probable outcome is that it will not do either. At least, not any time soon.
There are other options that they could take before they went this route, options that would be better indicators of a future F2P or B2P than what we have seen so far.
Like I said before, if they do go F2P or B2P this year, then I believe that they are in seriously dire financial circumstances. Life support is failing and the dilithium crystals are burnt out. Sauron's orcs have breached the walls. The Death Star is in orbit above.
I have yet to see anything that indicates dire financial circumstances.
EDIT: I will also point out that, historically, within 48 hours of me making a firm statement like this, someone at ZOS trots out and contradicts it.
