Yes, but a lot of people have been confused by that rainbow song that uses the word Indigo when it plain simply isn't.

Seeing as how Indigo is made by adding the color red to the color blue, it falls between blue and violet it isn't "Strictly" a shade of Blue and there are several shades of indigo ranging from the bluer side to the violet side.

Edit again!: I actually went and looked it up further. You got me curious! Here's a little Indigo color chart. I chuckled at Denim. lol!

When I am an old woman I shall wear purple

Warning heeded! It sounds absolutely gruesome ... and she'd be one smelly oily old fart! But spitting is just uber gross man! Imagine waking up next to her in the morning <sausage breath ... shudders ...>

Me? I already wear terrible shirts. But purple? Not on your nellie! I'm green!

Furthermore, I've decided I'm going to eat fresh produce (unless I have a Maca's or takeaway Thai), spoil myself occasionally with a nice Shiraz (or a six-pack or three of Toohey's Draught), do yoga (Fart? Wasn't me lady!), meditate (Om .. Queen Ayrenn's REALLY cute ... oh she kinda looks like Queen Ayrenn .. um .. Ommm) and taiji (hmm do I look cool? I wonder how imposing I look doing Old F@rt Shows Hairy Armpit). Basically take really good care of the bod and spirit ... except for when I'm over indulging in the multi-various temptations I've come to know and <sigh> love ... but I ain't gonna SPIT! ... except when I take up chewing Tobacco again (I used to chew Big Red back in the day )

Which reminds me of another story ... back 100 years ago or so when in barracks, I carried a Dr. Pepper's can around with me as a tobacco spitooon ... 'cause you'd get in trouble spitting just anywhere. One particularly hot day, one of the guys who shared our quarters grabbed my Dr. Pepper's can and took a swig ... thinking it was the soft drink .. served the b@stard right .. he should've asked first!

P.S. I just realised the poem is a warning of INTENT to rebel against her previously well ordered and sensible younger years ... whereas I've had an *interesting* youth and now it's time for me to grow up ... if I can LOL.
