Melee Stamina Build?

Gender

Howdy! I recently got ESO and have been leveling a Bow Sorc. I'm starting to get bored of ranged and would like to try a stamina melee build. Can anyone provide some suggestions? Anything would be of great help.

Thank you in advance.

I recommend 2handed as either a templar or nightblade, both are excellent choices.

    M'asad - Khajiit Nightblade - Healer
Pakhet - Khajiit Dragonknight - Tank
Raksha - Khajiit Sorcerer - Stamina DPS
Bastet - Khajiit Templar - Healer
Leonin - Khajiit Warden - Tank

I find it funny that people give fancy names to their builds while everyone is pretty much using the same stuff.

If you want to play a stamina sorcerer, no matter which weapon you pick:
    - use surge to buff weapon damage
    - keep a dot (damage over time) from your weapon line up all the time
    - spam a skill while weaving (animation canceling, look it up) light or heavy attacks
    - use medium armor
    - use sets that give weapon crit and weapon damage (Hunding's and Ashen's Grip for Crafted sets and Vicious Serpent when you can make successful runs in Sanctum Ophidia)
    - use rings for stamina builds from AA and HR depending on the weapons you pick

Dual wield, 2 handed or bow. Combine those 3 however you want.
    Wololo.

carve (or wrecking blow for non CC imune bosses):critical surge:thundering presence:rally:reverse slice

    hunding rage 5 + ashen grip 3
7 medium or hvy torso+5med+light belt

ulti - overload to keep dps when your stamina is down

Honestly, you don't have to swap classes. Bow and Two hander or Dual Wield work amazing well together.

Although dks and nbs do even higher.

I like using two-handed weapons, momentum gives you more weapon damage on top of your critical surge and you can oneshot most mobs out of stealth. Throw in the carve (cleave) and you can have multiple storm atronaches active at one time if you're beating up enough mobs (I actually spam the fighters guild ultimate). This is works very well in endgame pve grinding as well, not what I use it for because grinding sucks, I use for clearing mobs out of my way to get at precious plants and ores.

Two handed Sorcs are great. There's some nice synergy between Crit Sure, critical charge, and bolt escape.

Sounds fun! I just made one. Dark Elf, starting off with bow. Only concern is actual stamina sustain. But I'm going for it!
