Is the 'Wise Mage' Set tradeable ?

I would like to know, if the Wise mage set is tradeable, or bound on pick up..
Because I haven't seen it in the stores so far and I find it interesting. Because my engine guardian set always procs, when I don't need it and never procs, when I really need it and I'm not satisfied by it.

If you are talking about THIS set then nope, it's BoP only from Trials.
