Returning player questions

I'm coming back, I never rage quit and always knew I would return at some point. I have just started a new alt to help get back in the swing of things, I have a couple of questions:

1) Is it still magic over stamina and light armor for every class?
2) What's the XP like in PVP?

3) Will ESO support the Oculus Rift?

3rd one is just a whim really, but I am curious.

1. You can find pretty strong stamina builds on youtube.
3. IMO it's possible to play with Oculus Rift. Not sure about full support.

1. Stamina and Magicka builds are pretty much equal now since they mega-buffed stamina and ww builds in Update 5.
2. Pretty good if you do the missions. They're planning to give PvP XP a huge boost in Update 6.
3. No official support from ZOS, but there are addons that can enable Oculus Rift support, just like how there are addons that can enable gamepad support.
